Petco Petco Pals Program Wrong Confusing Lied Victim Omaha, Nationwide

This new Petco Pals Rewards program is a joke! When you look at your rewards, the dollar amounts don't add up to $100 when issued a $5 coupon. Apparently the amount at the top going towards your next coupon includes whatever purchases you've made recently. However, "for security reasons" only the help line can access those. So you don't know if your purchases are being tallied correctly. Anytime you try to reach someone to help, it's a foreign country and it's difficult to understand the person first off. Then, they don't have any answers and are completey reading script. It's a total joke. I spend upwards of $200 a month at Petco because of the brand of dog food that's where I go. I'm starting to look elsewhere all because of this program and the customer service. Love the physical store employees, always very helpful. But this "reward" program is more of a headache than it's worth for sure!!
