Premier Benefits keeps harrassing me for about a month now.

First they called and said I was lucky to get selected to receive free coupons for movie tickets etc. value $200 and all I have to do is to write them a check for $3.95 to cover postage.

Then they wanted me to read the numbers at the bottom of the check i.e. my account number. At this point I backed off and said I was not interested.

They called again and again and again. Finally to get them off my back I decided to get those coupons hoping they will stop calling. I gave them my bank account number and started the "verification" process. At this time they told me I will receive 3 different memeberships in 3 different clubs just for "trying the products". I said I will not call 3 companies and cancel 3 memeberships I did not want in the first place and that this was not worth the coupons. I said I was not interested.

They called again. They called 7 times in a row even though I told them not to call. They continued verification and during this process they hang up on me. I cancelled and backed off again.

I called my bank and stopped the check for $30 fee and warned them about Premier Benefits. I called FTC and filed a complaint against them.

They called again. I told them they hung up on me during transaction but they denied it and they denied it is 3 memberships to cancel. Again it was just one.
Ever since they keep calling me trying to give me some cancellation number for cancellation of memberships.

I am afraid to talk to them again, because I am afraid that they will reactivate the transaction and that they will hang up on me again during this process. Frankly I am afraid to talk to them. They keep calling me every day and threatening me that if I don't take the "cancellation" number they will charge my account for $99.95 every month for some kind of membership which I did not purchase. They keep upsetting me every day. They scream at me and threaten me daily.
I complained about them to Attorney General of California.

If somebody has similar problem the link is caag.state.ca.us/ and you a able to write to them there.

I don't know what to do to stop them from harrassing me any more. I somebody has some help to offer, please help!
