University Of Phoenix Need participants to file class action lawsuit against University of Phoniex Arizona

My daughter went to school there for over a year and half. She flunked 2 classes die to personal reasons and now the company wants money from her, they say they sent the money back to the lender. They have not sent the money back to the lender and still show her enrolled? They also will not give her the credits she already earned; The Company says they want money from her to get credits she already paid for. The counselor also told her she couldnt enroll in any other school. My daughter called and found out this is all false, she is going to have to start over and she will because she is dedicated to getting an education. My daughter has 2 kids one 4 months old and one 2 1/2 years old. She is still going to school and going to get her education and will not let anything stop her. I am trying to get people burned by this university or company I call it, because they dont care about education they care about the bottom line to stand up and file a lawsuit.
