I used Bluebird's bill pay system to pay my Amazon credit card in the amount of $60 and my Bill Me Later bill for $25.  These payments were made on September 15, 2013 and my online confirmation email indicated that payment would arrive by 9/17/13 to both creditors.  On 9/19 I discovered that these creditors had not been paid after checking the statements online.  However, my Bluebird account online indicated that payment was made to these creditors and completed.  When I called Bluebird, I kept getting the run around by Asia customer service reps who had the same response "do you want to dispute this problem" and my response was "No, I want to find out why the creditors were not paid."  No satisfying answer.  On 9/22 I called Bluebire again to only go thru the same frustration.  Each rep asked me to hold on while they read the notes and then they came back they asked me to call during regular business hours.  Really?!  Bluebird's online service is  24/7 for customer service.  So I called during "regular business" hours and to no avail, I got the same response.   The bottom line is the $85 paid out from my account to Amazon and Bill Me Later creditors was t never paid to them.  All I want now is my $85 returned to my account.  Please, America, don't use Bluebird by American Express!  They rip you off and hiring Americans who actual live in the USA seems to be out of the question.  Each time I have called Bluebird, I would ask the rep where was he or she located and I always got Asia.  Bluebird needs to be put out of business and my $85 needs to be returned to me.

Called Bluebird once again on 10/11 and after a lengthy hold from rep names Max, I learned that my problem is in review and been resolved and I should receive a refund within 6 to 8 weeks.  When I asked why did I have to wait so long, I was given the same answer -my problem is in review and has been resolved and I should receive an email regarding the resolution.    I don't think there has been a resolution but I will wait to see if there is any response.    I discourage all who are entertaining joining Bluebird by AmericanExpress - Don't do it!
