ShopdropRecycle.com This guy is a master at ripping people off. He has a few .coms and uses the online world to rip people. I lost 5,000 dollars that i will never see again! His name is Frank Lamark. He has several websites and changes the name often. The current website is www.cabinetsdirectrta.com but he has also used www.rta-cabinets.net as well as several others.www.ERetailTherapy.com www.ShopdropRecycle.com I have contacted the BBB and the attorney generals office.They all seem to know about him and they are currently investigating him. chicago, Illinois

Cabinets Direct would like to address your concern. As of today's date November 1 2012 we do not have any customer owed $5000 in refunds. If you can please let us know your name we can address your comment.

We take customer service and our products very seriously. So seriously we back all of our products with a 30 day money back guarantee. Since 2010 we have not had one customer return a kitchen cabinet purchase back to us. 

To conclude this review. If any customer has any question or concern you may address us at 1-800-531-0290 and I will handle your customer service issue.
