They are everything all the reports state...
It has been months and months of crap with this company... they don't even know that's going on within their on company..
Mis-information from all the customers service robots they hire.. and that auto call dailer they have now, makes non stop calls to you all day, even after you have spoken to someone.. I recieved a minimum of 30 calls TODAY..... and either they hang up on you or say they have the wrong number after they see in their computer that the issue has been resolved... I paid 3 months in advance, because I sold my business and now they say that some of the money was put towards taxes and I still owe this months rental... 2 weeks ago when I spoke to one of the robots and everything was fine and I was up to date, today is a different story. Let's get your $h*t together guys... annoying, rude, and stupid customer service jerks....
Hey Jay Cohen Founder/CEO You have bad business practices.. Hopefully some how we can all sue your company and get out of this rip-off contract......

Hello: My wife and I have a similar problem with northern leasing, and I assure you they are not going to win. What you need to do is go to the following website: FTC.GOV and click on file a complaint and take the time to fill out the complaint form and send it, it probably does not take more then ten minutes to fill out, and fill out as complete and factual as you are able.
We have done this and their response states that if enough people file complaints they will start investigating this company.
UNITE TOGETHER AND FILE THE COMPLAINTS AND FIGHT THESE PEOPLE. AGAIN GO TO: FTC.GOV AND FILE A COMPLAINT
