On Sept. 1, I talked to Marria, I asked her why I got 4 lazer storms I ordered 2, she said the computer had a glitch and saw it as a double order. I told her I didn't get the steamer either and she said she will sent a shipping label to return the two lazer storms I didn't order and when you received them you would give me the credit on my account. And send the steamer I didn't get.

Now 3 weeks latter I talked to Zerlina she said you didn't get the shipping label and steamer, I see where it was in the computer. Then she told me what you do now is you contact Fed-ex and they come and pick it up and you would credit my account and send the steamer I didn't get and to wait week for fed-ex to call and pick up the lazer storms to be returned and I asked again how she was doing this she said she notifies fed-ex and they will call within the week to pick up the 2 lazer storms to be returned and when you get them you will credit my account and send the steamer. I said again I didn't get the steamer with my order, I already paid the shipping on two orders and haven't got any steamers and I shouldn't have to wait for confirmation you received the 2 lazer storms before you send the steamer.

On Sept 30 I talked to Tillea she said she sees were I called on the computer and I told her nothing has happen yet, and she was giving my account to a supervisor and she is going to call me within a week and I received no phone call. I have an answer machine and caller ID, she never called.

On Oct. 17 no answer

And now no one answers the phones.

I have tried to resolve this with you and I'm not getting anywhere.

I want to returned the 4 lazer storms and have my money returned

On 11-23-05 I called the corporate office, Phone # 212-575-0500, Mary took my Phone # and said you will call me back when the computer is working again because it is down.

As of 11-28-05 I still do not have the steamer. I paid for.

I placed order on August 21, 2005 It was shipped on August 25, 2005 Notified you on September 1, and Marria sent me a shipping label and a steamer I never received any.
I was charged 353.70
118.35 Singer Lazer Storm
18.50 Shipping charge for another Singer Lazer Storm
20.00 Shipping charge for Steamer I didn't receive
Total Should have been 156.85
You sent me 4 Singer Lazer Storms with no steamers. At the double price of 353.70.

On 11-28-05 I called the corporate office, Phone # 212-575-0500, I was put on hold for 5 min. I called again Maria said Fed- x will notified me to pick up the 4 vacuums. When they receive the 4 vacuums they will reimburse me.

As of 11-29-05 I haven't herd from Fed-x to pick up the vacuums.

On 11-29-05 I called the corporate office, Phone # 212-575-0500, I talked to Mary and again her computer was down, I told her she used that excuse last week and never called me back That was on 11-23-05. I Wanted confirmation Fed-x was notified.

Again I'm on hold for another 30 Days

Today is 12-20-05 I haven't herd from FED-X I Talked to Jessica. And she said I am on the list for pick-up. This week or next week, Its been 4 weeks scents 11-29-05.

Today is 12-30-05 I haven't herd from FED-X at all. And I called the Cooperate office today to check if FED-X was notified. I talked to Jill and she said no reps are available and someone will call today between 10-6:00.

Today is 1-4-06 No one called back. And I called the Cooperate office today No one answers the phone.

Today is 1-5-06, I called the customer service number 800-716-8667 No Answer, called the Cooperate Office 212-575-0500, Talked to Cindy and she said another call order will go in today another 2-weeks. I told her Jill, Jessica, Tricia, Mary, Maria. Have told me the same thing and nothing has happen and this has been going on since August.

Cindy said they will pick them up sir.

Today is 1-23-06 I called the Cooperate office today, I talked to Gloria she said it takes up to 30 days for orders to be picked up, I told her the history and she is putting a rush on the order to pick up the 4 vacuums.

Again I'm on hold for another 30 Days

Another two weeks

It's been one week, today is 12-6-05, I haven't herd from FED-X to pick up the 4 vacuums

Today is 12-12-05 I haven't herd from FED-X to pick up the 4 vacuums. And I called the Cooperate office today to check if FED-X was notified. I Talked to Tricia and she said the pickup is still in the works to give it more time.

Today is 12-20-05 I haven't herd from FED-X I Talked to Jessica. And she said I am on the list for pick-up. This week or next week, it's been 4 weeks scents 11-29-05

On 11-29-05 Tricia called back and said the order to have Fed-x pickup the 4 vacuums was sent in. She didn't know if Fed-x was notified of not. And she said it will take up to 3 weeks. I told her that was what I was told back in Aug. She said again the order for pickup is sent in. The phone # on caller ID 212-575-0500. Cooperate Office New york.

I received another phone call on 11-29-05. She asked me how she could help me. I asked for conformation that Fed-x was notified. She said it is in the computer, the order shows to notify Fed-x to pick up your 4 vacuums. I asked how long this will take. She said the order is in the computer and it will take 3 weeks. I said why it takes so long to notify Fed-x. She said again it will take up to 3 weeks.

Now I'm back into the 3 week window to find out if this comes true, I didn't get any where before and I don't think I will this time. I'm told what I want to hear and it always buys them 3 weeks.
