This is not what I needed after just losing my job. US Work Alliance and Exam Services left me $129.95 short and now they have my credit card information as well. I will say too that the local free paper I found the original ad in will be notified as well. My credit card co. will also be contacted and fight to have these charges permanently removed from my bill. Fight Back and no-one else will needlessly experience what I and others already have.

US Work Alliance and Exam Services REFUND POLICY

AUTHOR: Nadine - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 11, 2007

This is a follow-up report to further indicate that a Refund Policy was never disclosed until After the purchase of Exam materials. 12 Months is an eternity to be reimbursed or refunded if I can't find a job with the Post Office. Furthermore I have tried to contact the compant in question by email concerning this and a request for a Refund but they have failed to respond or acknowledge that I have even written them. How about that for Customer Service?

Our Service Is Not A Scam, Allow Us To Explain This Misunderstanding And Help You Too

AUTHOR: Devin, US Work Alliance, Public Relations - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 03, 2007

Nadine,
We are sorry to hear of your unfortunate job loss and we hope that we can still help you. Thank you for purchasing Exam Services' study guide materials. They should be a great source in helping you pass the Postal Battery Exam. However, if you have questions about the product you purchased, all you have to do is call us directly. There is no need for you to contact anyone except for our offices to remedy this situation, we can help you get a refund and answer any questions that you may have by calling our Customer Care number at 800-584-1859.

Our study guide has helped thousands of people across the country prepare for the Postal Battery Exam and get jobs with the USPS, eventually we hope that it can do the same for you. Just as people purchase study guides to help them with the SAT, GRE and LSAT, our study guide works in the same way.

It seems that recently you noticed one of our ads in your local paper advertising help getting a job with the postal service. You then called our offices and spoke to one of our representatives. At this point a customer service representative should have told you about our services. Our customer services representatives follow a strict call script where they explicitly tell potential customers what we offer and at what cost. We follow this script stringently to comply with attorney general and post master guidelines in order not to tell customers misleading information. The customer service representative you spoke to most likely told you about a one-time refundable fee for our product and on-going services. This is the $129.95 that you paid including shipping and handling. We in no way attempted to mislead you and we have a very flexible refund policy that you may qualify for.

We look forward to hearing from you. Again please call us at 800-584-1859 or visit us on the web at usworkalliance.com

Sincerely,
US Work Alliance
