Software locked up computer. Customer service is only through email and was told of all the XP modifications I would have to do to make it operate.
Asked for refund and alike all the other complaints only got a respond of if I meet the refund criteria as stated in thier legal section at their website.
Currently working with bank on a unsatisfactory service with all the email history between me a 247. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE
