I placed a bid on bidz.com for a tripod and camera case.
I won the bid from the company Aquietspot.com.. They charged my account on Dec.17,2002, Dec.21, 2002, and two times on Dec.23, 2002.
When I realized what they had done, I tried to call, and got no answer...I e-mailed, and did get one response from Kadeon. She said that she would foward my e-mail to her boss, so that the matter could be taken care of...I never heard from her boss.
I e-mailed several times, trying to get a response, on when I should expect my merchandise, that I had paid for 4 times. No response.
I am going through my card company, trying to get credit for the 4 charges...
I really don't know what this company is all about..
