I am soooo tired of companies like this. They prey on those who are weak and think they are stupid. When I bought my car from these peope, I wasnt desparate for a car. I had a car and I had no payments. But it wasnt mine. It beleonged to my mother, still I was in no hurry to purchase. When they first call me I told them, I have an alabama Drivers License and I am not switching to GA because I will lose some scholarships for school that are extra important to me. I was advised that because I was a student it could be worked around. One Frieday evening I went to look. When I got there I knew something was off because it looks so unusual on the inside. Very non descipt, almost as if they really F'd up they could pack up and be gone in no time. The office is very make shift. Nevertheless, i was greeted by a man named Kelly and I was told about the program. Whie talking to me he tells me that the Finance manager looked at my check stubs and i could afford more of a payment than what I was looking at. Now I know what I can afford and what I make so When went down to the lot, I picked out a 2004 pontiac Grand Prix. We went back to work up the deal and it was 573.00 amo. i was ok with that. Ok so I couldnt get insurance that night because it was very late so I signed the documents, put down the 400.00 dollars, made arangements to pay the other 1100 and went on about my way. the next day i got off work, got insurance and went to get my car. When I got there we were sitting there for about 2 hours when i only came to get my keys. Ok so as I sit there Im asking questions about how long this will take and what the hold up is. I asked one sales man and for no reason he became so rude. the receptionist would not get anyone to help me and after the third time asking for my car keys, she got an attitude adn we had words. Shortly there after while me, my cousin and my brother being the only three people left in the lobby, she and the salesman reffered to be as this "b" waiting and they wanted to hurry up and get me outta their faces. After I was grabbed by both my cousin, my brother and another customer who had walked in by this point and escorted from the building, i was told that my car which had a transmtter for the alarm, didnt have a working set of keys to open the door. Instead I had a set of keys that started the car and I nothing to actually get me in the car which meant that if I locked my door I was SOL. Apparently the locks had been rekeyed and this was not something they knew anything about. they proceeded to put me in a loaner and they went on about gettign my car fixed. that was on Saturdary night. My insured car sat in their parking lot while they told me it was gettign fixed. My car was not ready until wednesday night.

Ok Part two, there is a warranty which was given to me. Apparently they would fix it. Well i was very careful to notice that there was no auto shop on site. There was an issue with my tire light. I had gotten new tires and because the sensors didnt match, my light kept coming on. I took my car in for that and some other repairs. While I waited on them to get done doing what they needed, i asked could I be dropped off at home which is was I was promised. I was not dropped at home, instead I was thrown to another customer for her to take me home. On the way, we stopped by the place where my car was being fixed to get something out of the car. i noticed that my car was backed into this lot. almost like a junk yard and they were keeping my car there over night. I attempted to open my car usinf the alarm transmitter and got nothing. when i inquired as to why my car was doing this, I was told that my battery cable was disconnected. I WAS BEYOND LIVID. I went off. I finally left and got dropped off at home. mind you the shop was in marietta and my house was too. The dealership is in Kennesaw and instead of picking my car up at the shop, i had to pick it up from Kennesaw. After waiting, I was told that I would not be able to get my car if I didnt pay all this money that I didnt have. (the down payment payment plan) I was nowhere near due for that and they were trying to force my hand to pay early. I WENT OFF AGAIN. I told them I wanted my car or I ws calling the police.

I got my car and the problems just got worse. the fake finance company they used, had an agree ment with them to install GPS systems on al the cars. They dont have a grace period. When my first payment came due, I thought I could pay with my check, I could not. Im yelled at, then they conferene in Dee from Auto Loa finders who is sayign that I cant afford thre car and i should bring it back because i still owe them a down payment. That has nothing to do with whats going on at the "bank". finally tlke to a supervisor who had enough since to work with me. Not to mention, my car was disabled over 100.00, ym loan officer could not tell the truth to sav her life. She constantly lied and was very rude. Fianlly my loan was sold, but by that time i was so over the crap I had received from both people tht I let it go back. these people are horrid and lie about everyting so watch.

I just so happened to be on here and noticed there was a rebuttal. At first I wasnt going to address you because its very clear you have issues concerning the intergrity of your business. From all the other complaints (who I'm sure you think are just lining up to crap on you), and your speediness to rebuttal, I think you know your business is not above board. However, as I look over your rebuttal, I noticed that you said there are no employees named Dee or a male one named Kelly. Thats interesting because I just read another complaint that was posted in the last two years naming an employee named Kelly. Now, I dont know if they are male or female, but I would be willing to bet its a man. Secondly, I never said that I offered to pay YOU with a check. I offered to pay IDA with a check. Reading is fundamental! Also, you maintain that you and IDA are separate companies. Well that maybe true but I think it interesting that you constantly go back and forth in rebuttals to other postings about that fact. One minute youre a separate company and they next you are taking up for them as if you are in fact associated with them through more than just your crooked business dealings. Third, what extra two days? Please refresh my memory as to what two days you gave me AND what you supposedly did to work with me. When I got ready to pay my first payment to IDA and wasnt able to because all I had was my check and they didnt accept them (my debit card had been misplaced) IDA's supervisor was the one who gave me the time I needed to receive my card in the mail and be able to successfully make my payment. ONLY after being berated by one of your employee's whose name was Dee and was told what I could and could not afford. You mentioned to me, just like you did everyone else that I would need no money down only so called taxes. No one speculated to me the amount those taxes would be over the phone, however I brought 500 bc I knew that the plus,plus,plus (tag,tax and title fees) shouldnt be any more than that. When I got there I was told 1600 dollars AFTER they ran my credit. Thats why you only got 400 because 100 was for insurance and the rest you put on your "payment plan" and attempted to force my hand to pay early when I brought my car back for repairs.

You are under obligation to provide a loaner after you
A. took my money for a car you told me I couldn't drive home
B. had me sign my name to agree to responsibility for a car that you are selling to me
C. I had insured the car(which is what I am bound to do as my responsibility)
D. the car you sold me (that I could not get properly secure) had rekeyed locks... AND the alarm transmitter I had had to be replaced when the locks were re-keyed by the dealership because something was wrong with it.

Honestly, you have truly been found out but as long as there are people who are desperate enough to buy from you, then you will still be in business. I do however think it very interesting that what you don't boast about is the FEDERAL PRISON SENTENCE that your owner served before opening this business. This was brought to my attention by a very well known local news reporter who was looking to do a investigative report on your company. Hal Ross is a federal ex convict! Yeah I think my credibility is not the one in question. Also, if so much of what I said is wrong, how were you able to identify me to report the "so called" two days you gave me....or did you make them up? Hmmmm.......

We do appologize for the key issue that you had with your vehicle as you should not have had to endure such a complication. This is why our company provided you with a loaner while we were under no obligation to do so. We also understand your frustrations with having to wait for a newly purchased vehicle.

We are concerned about some discrepancies in your review:
1) We do not have any male employees named "Kelly"
2) We do not have any employees named "Dee"
3) IDA is an actual lender that works with more than just our dealership.
4) The GPS systems are installed by Auto Loan Finders and any infomation about the system is availble in your contract packet.

Also you attempted to use a payment method, a check, that we do not accept unless it is approved by one of the owners due to extenuating circumstances. We understood your situation and tried to make an exception. You also failed to mention the extra two days we allowed for you to make your payment due to the circumstances.

Also, our company has been in business for 4 years and has expanded multiple times and has no plans to move or otherwise disband.
