On January 10, 2008, I had decided to go online to the beachbody.com website and order their turbo jam product. I was promised 3 business days for my "free upgraded express shipping". (With the weekend, that meant it should arrive January 15th)I paid for the whole set- about 104 dollars including everything, and put it on my debit card.
I received an email on the 15th that they were shipping. Well, that was the day it was supposed to arrive.
The email said it would arrive in 3-5 business days. I was like, "whatever..I will not make an issue of it" and figured it would arrive by Friday the 18th. No package.
I called their "customer service" number, on the 15thand I use the term "customer service" loosely. Achmed (his real name, I wrote it down)told me that he had no way to track my package, but would I like to add vitamins to my order? (How can I add to an order that has supposedly shipped?????)
I got involved in some family issues, and a death in the family, and around Feb 6th, I realized I still did not have my package. I went online Feb 7th and I saw where they had charged me 104.60 on January 15th, and an additional 36.90 on Feb 6th. What was the additional 36.90 for? I hadn't even received my package.
So I called again, and Mahmet (again, a real name, I wrote it down) told me that my package was "ready for shipping" I asked him what the tracking number was, and he said he didn't know. I asked him what the additional 36.90 was for, and he said for "rush shipping" I told him I had not ordered rush shipping. He said that I did on January 15th. he said I ordered next day shipping. I said, "If I did....then wouldn't the package have arrived by now?"
I asked Mahmet if I could speak to a supervisor, and he said "NO". I told him to go ahead and cancel the order. He said he would try to cancel it- I said if it arrives here UPS is taking it back to him. he said I am not allowed to return anything without a return confirmation number, and to get that number, I need to tell him the reason for returning the item. So I said, "uhhh because your company is cheating me, taking my money without sending a product, and giving me shitty customer service"?
He said..." I am not able to put that down as a reason"
I said, "OK..How about YOU SUCK?"
He said, " I will just put dissatisfaction"
I said "Fine...whatever"
Then he said please hold for your return confirmation number.....
I sat there with the speakerphone open for about 11 minutes and the line went dead.
On February 13th, I got the following email:

I canceled this!
So I called again today.(Feb 13)After waiting on hold for 29 minutes-- I got Sandeep on the phone (true name, I swear!)They said my order was being rushed to me, and did I want to fill out a customer service survey????
Believe me, I am the LAST person they want to do that.
I said- do not rush anything to me, I canceled this order weeks ago! And I am very sorry, I was having a very difficult time understanding this person.
They said they had no indication that I had ever canceled the order.
So I said, "Fine, as soon as it ever shows up, I am sending it back"
He says..."That is fine, we have a 30 day money back guarantee."
Is anyone listening to me? Obviously, this company is staffed with morons.
