Boost Mobile usman stole 200 dollars from me! new york New York

on 10 4 13...i went inside this boost mobile store. i purchased a phone that cost over 100 bucks they also charged me 45 bucks for the first month payment....the phone came in a white box...little address of where i was stickered on the box...inside was a charger..thats it....no manual no warrenty...i thought it was slightly odd but didnt question it since it said boost mobile on the store and i never bought from a boost mobile store before. the following day when i tried to use my camera phone i realized it didnt come with a memory card like all boost mobile phones do...i went back they told me that the boost phones no longer put the memory cards inside of the phones anymore because they feel the phone has enough memory on its on...i than purchased a sim card and memory card for 35...on 11 4 13..i payed my 1st month bill of 40 bucks....on 11 5 13 my phone went black on the screen and stopped working...i  went in that day and told them..they plugged it to a charger..one girl smiled....and tried to hold back a laugh as the guy was plugging it in and he told me to come in the next day cause he ordered batteries at 4pm..i came back the next day the guy wasnt the there the 2 girls that were there the day i 1st went in were there and informed me to call 611. i said i cant my phones broken. they told me that they will prob have to send it to the company and they will charge me a fee...or just come back the next day. after speaking with boost mobile by phone

i found out that they didnt even sell me a boost mobile phone..they sold me a sprint phone and activated it by boost.

that boost has no warrenty with the phone.

the store lied because the memory cards still get packed with the phones at purchase.

and now im going to make a police report for fraud tomorrow.
