DUAL ACTION CLEANSE CHARGED CC ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT, WILL NOT REFUND MONEY RIPOFF LOS ANGELES California

My Dad (who is 85 years old) ordered the product one time and stated that he did not want an automatic reorder. One month later they repeated the order and charged to his credit card without permission.

I called about returning the product and was told they would not issue refunds on automatic re-orders. I told them I would return the product and notify my bank (which is who the credit card is with) of fraudlent intent. They guy laughed and told me to go ahead, but it wouldn't be of any help.

I had the credit card cancelled so they could not keep charging, but I shudder to think about the poor people who are still having it charged on their card because they aren't aware of what is going on.... My Dad would have been in this catagory had I not been reviewing his statement for him.

The amount is approx $60, which is a lot of money for someone who only lives on a little social security each month.
