I went to the EEOC to file a charge of discrimination from my black employer who fired me when she hired two black younger females around 03/05.
When you believe you have been discriminated against, you have a right to file a charge of discrimination. The state hospital I worked at In columbus georgia discharged me for no reason. They lied to the EEOC about the reason why I was discharged. When I applied for umemployment, the hearing officer denied my rights & ruled agaisnt me so I had to repay the money back the umemployment gave to me. But I have applied this to higher court so I would not have to repay this money back. All the EEOC did was went by what my black employer said because all they have are black people working in the EEOC office. They do not help white people out who file discrimination.
If I was a black female filing a complaint against my white employer the EEOC would help the black person more then the white people. The EEOC dismissed my complaint stating they have found no evidence of discrimination but I have a right to file a suit in federal court If the EEOCh as found no reason for discrimination, then filing a lawsuit would be a waste of my time & my former black employer will just get away with breaking the LAW!.
The EEOC has treated me unfairly. Why have a EEOC if they are not going to do their job? They have nothing to worry about because they are getting paid a big check every week & not helping victims of discrimination & the employer gets off. I will not ever work for another black employer for the way black people have treated me, discharged me & lied to the EEOC for discrimination. The employer I found out from another employee, was going around trying to make employees sign a false statement agaisst me but nobody would sign the form.
It's time for us white people to take a stand against these racist black people who wish to do harm to white people. Black people still live in the past & think they are paying the white people back. Today if a white employer discrimination against a black person the EEOC would help the black person & just forget about the white person.
If the EEOC cannot be fair to everybody then they need to be shutdown for not helping people. Black people are not taking over everything like they think they are going to do. They are still full of hatred for white people. It is know 2006 & discrimination still continues today & the government does not do its part to protect the victims of discrimination. So why bother filing complaints if the EEOC is not going to help people.
