I ordered a product that showed no additional parts needed and ask the representative the same question who stated that is was complete with everything need including all instillation hardware. After speaking to contractor I called back and question them on the need for an in wall tank. I contacted the company representative who put me on a 30 minute hold to check and found it needed a in wall tank . I was told by her they do not carry the tank nor have no ideal where to get one. The suggestion was to contact the manufacture who is in Germany. I requested to cancel the order as I had not received it or a tracking number due to the inaccurate information, incomplete disclosure information on the website, PDF instillation file shows nothing about a tank as well as wrong information given by the representative at time of purchase. They refused to do so and tell me a 40% refusal fee and shipping will be charged.
