Without explaining the steps, they took my information, processed my payment, confirmed payment and failed to notify me of any additional status. Over the next two days, I became impatient and called their customer care number to inquire about the status. Although I had chosen the upgraded option to pay for "overnight documents", that was only after they acquired said documents, which was a very long and drawn out process.
