Complaint Review: Lexington Law Firm
Lexington Law FirmSalt Lake City, Utah U.S.A.
Lexington Law Firm Ripoff I cancelled a phone order as soon as it cleared the bank, they didn't refund Salt Lake City Utah
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: I heard it too - but here's the process
I cancelled the service but couldn't dispute the charge until the 19th of April, when it finally posted. Compass Bank had a real hard time with that one. And no, there was no issue with overdraft fees. It was just like they tried as hard as they could not to understand after I faxed over a confirmation from Lexington law dated April 20, 2006, and gave them names of people I spoke to and even offered the name of the supervisor.
I also strongly suspect they should be investigated, because it is highly possible they hire people who are salespeople, depicting themselves as paralegals, when in fact, they are not. I do not know that to be fact, it is just a strong impression I get when speaking to them.
