I am writing this rip-off report to let anyone and everyone know how BAD this problem is. I own a BLACK 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT and it is literally turning WHITE right in front of my eyes. Their paint is horrible and I'm not the first person with this problem.
My car is turning white around the sunroof. the tops of both doors and right below the back window. I love this car but this is absolutely horrible looking and embarrasing. If anyone can help PLEASE let me know how I can get them to paint my car for free and not with the same paint either. This is a NATIONWIDE problem that THEY need to fix for FREE!!!!

Hell Yeah !!!! I had the EXACT SAME ISSUE BLACK 2000 ECLIPES with paint comming off car (CLEARCOAT ISSUE) tThis issue was so bad that 7 on your side news did a report on it can be seen on deadeclipes.com. They will not take responibility for the defect on the clearcoat. Even Past employees knew it was wrong and you can read about it on the site. i wrote to japan in which they refured me to Mitsubishi North America with the same results That it depends where your car is (close proximity to water) Hey man I have a 82 Alfa Romero and the paint Looks great for the age. If anyone has this issue and had there car painted dont throw away your receipt ya never know what can happen. I do feel someone and an attorney with onions is going to be pissesd enough to take this to court. Good Luck
