Solving your problem

AUTHOR: Ken - (U.S.A.)

1) Web One Direct is only one of many front names for this fraudulent organization. They also go by the names of National ONe telecom, One Web Direct, Collection Express, USBI, ESBI, Tellsys, One Clal, Candid Publishing, Intercosmos Media Group, DirectNIC, Money Management International.

2) Web One first bills you. (if you don't pay, they send one of the ohter companies after you as an 'independent' collection agency.

3) In addition to Web One's Bill (even if they 'forgive' the debt), they use USBI (or similar agency) to charge additional charges on behalf of companies such as One Call, Tellsys, etc).

4) The FCC has received over 1000 complaints. However, One Web & USBI insist that you clicked a pop-up ad and agreed to their terms. Of course, this is bogus information. OneWeb has a help page set up www.onewebdirect.com/hlp which is put up as a legal defense. However, it's not true. The software is placed on your computer without permission or knowledge.

5)Within 2 months of receiving your Web One bill, they will send another bill to your phone company. Your phone company will pay it -- and then pass on the charges to you.

You need to inform them that one of the companies are frauulent charges. Let them know in advance you won't be paying.

Phone operators are unpredictible. You need to make your notice of fraud in WRITING & make the phone call. Certify your mail to provide proof.

Verizon has made a complaint to the FCC about this company. Verizon, Quest, Sprint, etc have received numerous complaints about this company. HOwever, they claim they are required by law to accept charges fro 3rd party companies.

Last) This fraudulent company seems to be afraid of the Feds. WebOne is very agressive in collection efforts -- and like to use scare tactics. However, they also back down quickly when a fed agency is involved. They don't like to be reported. You'll also notice that none of their websites will disclose a physical location --nothing more than a PO box. USBI lists nothing.

My suggestion). Tell (USBI & Web One)them you are the only user of the computer. You never accepted any agreement. Tell them clearly you are forwarding their bill to the FCC, Attorney General's Office, State Department of Consumer Protection, etc. They almost always back off.

WebOne: Let USBI transfer your call to Call One. Let them know you just downloaded an FCC form and are sending it in. Inist that you never used their service, never downloaded any software, and that there seem to be hundreds of complaints on the web about their fraudulent company. They usually back down. If not, let me know. Let your phone company know they are also being reported to your local media for knowingly charging your for fraudulent charges. These phone companies have received numerous complaints -- they know (even if the phone operator doesn't).

Go to my site: www.utahsearch.com. I have posted the FCC complaint form. Fill it out... send it in. Even if your 'debt' is 'forgiven', it is imperative that many people complain. It's most important that the FCC realize and believe that you did not click anything agreeing to the download of their software. Spread the word !!! They need to be stopped.

Good luck. let me know how it works

Ken
