PSA/DNA Collecting minimum of $30.00 to see "signed sport objects", Internet

PSA/DNA came to AZ To authenticate sport goods on 11/10-12 and as we went with my husband with a helmet that was signed by RG3 . We have pictures of him attending the red skins game, air line tickets, game tickets, and pictures or RG3 signing the autograph on the helmet for my husband. While standing in line we signed a form PSA/DNA gave us, which clearly states that no refunds are given even if object is dimmed, they keep all fees even if no sticker or letter of authenticity isn't given to you.

We were confident they would give us the sticker and letter of authentication, instead They called us 20 minutes later and said "they did not like something they saw in the signature" we asked if they would like to see evidence of RG3 signing the helmet in front of my husband They said they did not care about pictures, that "they wouldn't put their reputation standing behind that signature"

As you can tell it is disappointing and I wonder where is justice ? Why can companies do this and take money away from people so bluntly.

You know, I counted in line at least 50 people. . Oh but check this out, they charge per signature on each item. Remember even if letter and sticker is not (are not provided)

Shouldn't it be fare to say on their end: " sorry since we do not want to Stand behind that signature, due to the fact our reputation is more important", we will give you your goods back an will not charge you the full price as if we would have provided a service , when we didn't "

They are making so much money out of people, even when signatures are real, and if they are not they take people's money as well.

Justice please!
