What is now Peak fitness on Jonestown Rd .Winston Salem seceretly bought what was Golds gym at this address making alot of promises when comming in.Shortly afterwards theyposted they were closing the gym for remodling ,for two weeks.....ha! The manager "said" it may be closed ten days, the gym was closed for over three months.

I choose this address over four years prior to peak comming in, note I used the word address. It is aproximately 23 miles to 420 Jonestown Rd Winston Salem from my residence, the nearest gym they offered was almost another ten miles away. Do the math with gasoline prices I used the Robinhood rd. Some it was too far Iwent to jonestown Rd. because it was on the route I traveled often due to my work. I grew frustrated and cancelled my draft from my checking account , because Peak was in DEFAULT of the contract.

Then comes i na common term AAA fincinal. I talked with them they were unreasonable and impossible to talk with, the only reason ( excuse)hey could offer was using terms like "metro" ,etc. to justify continuing attempted draft of my bank account after I contacted my bank to stop the draft. They use collections word as a scare method. As timewent by Itried to makd ammends talkedwith come people in the comoany , finally getting a number of a key person in "upper" management. boy let me tell you that was a joke. Ispoke with some lady named Kim in Charlotte in the fincinal dept. , she was polite but could not offer any resouloution.

I was given a persons anme called Nigel. oh boy here is where the company shows its true colors. I called Nigel and attempted to make peace and pay some ofthe amount, being unsure of exactly how many days I used the gym and Ioffered to pay for what I used only not the continuing full mutiple months fees.

Being the genius and math specialist Nigel is he seemed to think its ok to close the gym and continue to charge peple. He yelled likeaspoiled child not getting his way when I atttempted to speak with him and reason, obviously hs is incapable of that he even hung up on me again displaying a childlike demenor .I didnt argue with him or ebguage in a yelling contest with Nigel one thing I havel earned , it takes a idiot to argue with an idiot. He thinks he is a " laywer" to. Nigels number is 919-401-1900 give him a call if you want a laugh.

It is obvious Peak enjoys skimming money from people.
