Pep Boys In Pompano Beach, Florida Charged me $1700 with bogus charges and didn't completely fix the problem Pompano Beach Florida

On Saturday, September 8th, 2007 I went to the Pompano Beach Florida Peps Boys off of Copans Road. I had accidently put diesal fuel in my car. I brought the car in at 10:00am and after 2 hours was told the repair would cost $1800.00. Because the car was not working I decided to just stay and get it fix. I did not get my car back until 7:00pm that night and when I did get it back their still were problems with the gas needle which was not detecting the new gas I had to fill my tank with. So I had to bring it back immediately, just to be told that I would have to come back Sunday again.

When I further inspected my receipt with the itemized charges I saw SO MANY bogus charges, $25.00MISC Fee, "Platinum Maintenance Tune-Up Labor" the charged me $5.00 a gallon for putting gas in my car, a over 12 line items of things I'm not even sure they did. I am truly disgusted and worried that they will end of doing my damage to my car then before. I know as a woman they will rip you off, but I really feel the have overcharged me excessively and the worst part is that did'nt even fix the problem.

a warning to all. NEVER GO TO PEP BOYS!!! They don't know what they are doing and will do more damage then anything else.
