Pioneer Military Loans share private information with third party ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

Me and my husband recieved a loan with them about 2 years ago. This company would withdraw there payment out of my account every month. In September Pioneer stopped withdraw payments. We figured we were done with the loan. They never contacted me by mail or email to let me know anything.

On November 29 at 1400 they called my company and left a message with the office to have me call them. They gave the office my SSN over the phone and told the front desk that I have a bill that is past due. I called them at 1541 and talked to Jody Jordan who began yelling at me and telling me that I was going to go to jail if I did not pay them 577.95 right now. I told her I did not have that money and to stop calling my command. She said no that she will call everyday.

Pioneer called me 5 times that night. I have my phone set up to document incoming and out going calls. I spoke with Mr. Williams the next day at 0830 and told him I would see if I could send a payment on the 15 December. He stated that if I don't send a payment on the 15 to not send one at all and contact a lawyer because they were going to proceed with legal action.

That day Mr. Williams called my Commander and gave her all of my information on my loan. When I got the loan, how much is owed, how much is passed due my SSN, when my last payment was, everything. All of my private information. My commander has a list off all of the information he gave her. She told me to file a complaint because she is the second person they gave my information to.

We believe that they broke a couple of laws. One by giving out my personal information to a third party, telling me that I am going to jail, and last by call me 5 times from 1400-1840 in one day.
