my name is amber call me asap (((REDACTED))) dont listen to these crooks im so tired of this b******* but i have some info i need to share with u im trying to get our money back and have him put in prison along with his mom i have taken this to the feds and secret service and the news in kentucky and san antonio plus im working on nightline or dateline.  im totaling all the money this man has ripped people off and if im correct hes looking at fed time him and his mom and they disconnected their records removal number but still have the website up lol what does that tell u so im going to expose them all over the u.s.

My advice would be to immediately call your credit card company and reverse the charges against Records Removal Service (www.recordsremoval.com).

Your credit card company will back you because the agreement was procured by fraud (1. They are practicing law without a license, as defined in just about every state, 2. the benefits they are describe are not provided for in most states. 3. They have provided no service). You must do this as soon as possible to preserver your credit card protection.

At this point, the credit card company may be aware of a pattern of fraudulent actions by www.recordsremoval.com. There have been a bunch of reports of fraud by recordsemoval.com on this web site.

This two bit company may threaten you with bogus claims about filing a complaint with credit bureaus or a civil suit, but recordsremoval.com is all bark. I even read a post where they said they would file criminal charges for credit card fraud... which is totally ironic. Do not worry about any of their barking. They are a foul smelling toothless dog.

Here is why they will not do anything:
1. The last thing a company committing fraud on a large scale would want to do is sue someone and be subject to discovery and that would unearth a long list other plaintiffs. 2. Suing someone over $300 is a waste of time. 3. The would probably wet themselves if they saw the inside of a courtroom. 4. You would have a counterclaim against www.recordsremoval.com based fraud that would protect you... and most likely you would have the defense of consumer protection statutes that would get you attorney's fees and punitive damages.

Stick it right back to people who commit fraud on the internet. Do it today.

Then a public defender or lawyer in your area and get quality assistance to fix your record.

FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AS ONE OF THEIR FORMER CLIENTS YOU ARE A LIAR!!!!!! You have this company confused with another company located in Lexington! The address you have listed even belongs to that different company!!

Furthermore, I use to be a client of this company and they treated me right. I needed to have something taken off my record in Texas, and they did a Non-Disclosure for me and within six weeks of filing this paperwork I was FREE from this charge! People misunderstand this process, and the company MUST have certain court documents from you in order to get all of the informaiton they need to file your petition and it does take time and if you look at their policies they do updates by you sending an email to either the person in charge of doing your paperwork or to general updates for the company.

This was the best money I even spent. I can say if they have not gotten your paperwork done it is either becasue you have not sent to them the documents they need or are posting this without your name because you work for another company. I realize I am being very defensive, but honestly it bothers me when people do this and EVEN GET THE COMPANY CONFUSED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, I researched the address you gave and this address does belong to a company that helps people get stuff of their records but it is NOT Records Removal Services, you SHOULD TRY THIS!!!

When I saw this I had to defend a company that absolutely saved my life and my home due to me not being able to get a job before. I have to say that my case manager has the initials of NB and she was absolutely WONDERFUL TO ME!

THIS TURNED MY ENTIRE LIFE AROUND!!!!! and anyone wanting more information about my personal situation may feel free to contact me I have nothing to hide.
