I decided to look at my check acct yesterday since it is something I don't do very often and learned a valuable lesson becuase of-----FRAUD. Safe National of America charged 15.00 to my account with an 'auto check'. Who are these people, how did they get my info, I have NEVER authorized ANYONE to take money out of my account.

I know you are thinking that 15.00 does not seem like much money, but if they stole that from me, how many other THOUSANDS of people are they capitalizing off of????? I work very hard for my money, and I put in long hours. At the end of the day I don't need somebody stealing from me. When you call the 800 number listed on the 'check' all you get is a voicemail. I have called that number 64(obscene amount-yet what I thought was justified) times to have nobody answer. It goes to voicemail that nobody ever returns. I did find another number in another persons complaint that did give me a person. She stated over a VERY poor connection that it was an 'application fee'......FOR WHAT?? She did tell me that I will get a refund, but I am not going to hold my breath until that happens. How can these companies fleece hard working people and get away with it??? What is the loophole thats protecting them??? I need to find that loop and pull it as tight as I can across some necks and get heads to roll........this is UNACCEPTABLE in EVERY way for hard working people. Nobody can tell you how they get your info, all they have is your ip address......Where in the hell and why in the hell has nobody ever told me an ip address gives you the green light to steal money???? Its not a signature, its not an authorization, and it certainly is not the info you need to weasle your way into MY personal bank account and STEAL.

Why is there no legitimate info on your company??? Why have a phone number if your not going to answer??? Why hide behind a bogus reason and lie????? Well you have picked the wrong girl to SCAM......I will now be on a mission to find out who you are, where you are, and bring you down. I don't take kindly to people FRAUDULENTLY stealing from hard working people like so many others on here are complaining of!!!

Safe National of America simply does not exist in any physical entity.
I have already proven this.
I posted the pictures of the alleged "business" address.

This 'company" does not even have a legitimate website, and any "business" that would use a disposable email address like the "gmail" email address used here, should be avoided.

Ok Cookie......here is the deal.  Too much is never enough when it comes to people like you and you beloved company.  Do you think that it is HONESTLY ok to do what you have done to me and so many others????  How many people have stated we don't know who you are and how you got our info.....   Do you pay attention to what we are saying, or is it all in one ear and out the other.  I am not the ONLY person this has happned to---but I am putting an end to your 'company' and its practices.  Your words will not scare nor offend me.  I am a strong willed woman who will let nothing stand in her way.  If I feel I was taken advantage of(which did in fact happen), I will stand up for myself and others.  I am going to assume that ENGLISH is not your first language from the way your post was worded-or that you are incredibly stupid-neither do I really care about.  If in fact this is not your native language, then how do you expect me to respect what you are trying to say????  As to the previous employee posting, the way I read it is that you are in fact ADMITTING to being internet predators.  I do not have the will to want to fight with any of you 'employees' in the slightest.  We will all be meeting soon enough in a court setting.  So please, try to scare me, try to intimidate me.....I DARE you.  Again, I was the wrong one to mess with, and I will see this through to the end.

I understand that you are upset concerning you $15 loss but do you have nothing better to do with your time right now than to take it further than your $15 will take you?  I believe the consumer would is now a safer place because you are aware and giving the good fight.  Safe National of America will no longer feed into your frenzy.  You now have to CORRECT number and email for our organization but in case you don't they are as follows:  1 800 587 0332 or e-mail info.bestsavingsource@gmail.com

Safe National of America does in fact sell electronic equipment. 

Really?  Explain HOW?  Your website SSL Certificate is both EXPIRED and for a DIFFERENT WEBSITE.  IE 8 and above automatically BLOCKS going to your checkout because of this.  Only a fool would override the browser security features and actually proceed to your checkout and actually attempt to purchase something.

I mentioned the improper SSL certificate used on your bestsavingshop.com website almost two months ago and you fools STILL DO NOT HAVE A VALID SSL CERTIFICATE!  Why not?  Any legitimate web merchant uses a current and appropriate SSL certificate.  Why don't you?  I have a good suspicion as why you don't but hey, let's see your explanation here.

You state in your complaint that there is no legitimate information available about the company. 

Your website does not give complete and accurate information.  Your FL address appears to be bogus and your company, Safe National of America is NOT REGISTERED with the Secretary of State of any state other than Florida.  Your website mentions locations is Utah, Georgia and Nevada in addition to Florida.  Go figure, eh?  Kindly explain this when you have the time.

The BBB reports that mail sent to your Florida address is returned as non-deliverable.  Explain this!

Take your time "employee," we'll wait.  (This should be good for a laugh or two.) 

For those folks who have been ripped off by these schmoes:  Write a WRITTEN COMPLAINT to the Florida Secretary of State as to the games they are playing and to the fact that the ADDRESS on their company registrations IS NOT VALID-they are required by law to keep the S of State filings UP TO DATE with correct information!!!  Also, you should perform a "whois" for their website and write a complaint to their Internet Service Provider /Hosting Service-include their website, the SSL issue and that you've complained to the Florida Secretary of State (better yet, include a copy of your letter to the Florida Secretary of State.)  I know that if ANY of my customers had a website like theirs, I'd PULL THE PLUG in an instant.

In my case, I left 15 messages on your voicemail and have phone records to prove it.  I also sent 10 emails and have copies of those to prove that.  The only way I was able to get any response was to threaten legal action against your company.

As far as watching my account statements closer,  the first message was left within 4 hours of the check being posted.  Can't get much closer than that.

Also, I have someone from your "customer service" department, whoever was responding to me from info (dot) safenational (at) gmail (dot) com, that has sent me an email admitting that I did not authorize the charge as the IP address was from a different state.  They also geve me a date and time.  On that date, at that time given, I was at work, sitting in the break room with over 70 other people, including 3 salaried supervisors.  I will have proof of all of this when your fraud trial hits the supreme court.  Believe me, I will be more than ahppy to testify against you and your entire operation.

Now on to the "correct" information.  The same person that posted the information above just copied it from the bbb report, which they got from the victims of your scam.  He has since posted evidence that the St Petersburg address is bogus.  It is just a generic shopping center with Safe National no where in sight.  The Las Vegas address,  the same person from the emails above told me, through email, that address is just a po box.  If this is truly a po box, then that explains why the bbb mail got returned undeliverable.  IT IS IN THE WRONG FORMAT!!  My dad works for the usps, the correct format for a po box is:
PO Box (box number)
(city), (state) (zip)

Again, I think you are nothing more than some 30 year-old vigin, sitting on the couch in his mommy's basement, running some half-a**ed scam, that barely got off the ground before being exposed for the fraud that you are.

PROVE ME WRONG!!

Post undeniable evidence that proves you are a legitimate company, and not just a scam.

You have been called out several times, by several posters on this site, and so far have not even attempted to prove that you are legitimate.  All you do is say "please call", and "the information is correct".  As you can clearly see from above, not all of the information is correct.

 Ok, so you claim to have lost $15.00 to some scam.  Then you call what is clearly an incorrect  customer service number, the correct number IS  1-800-587-0332 and has been for quite some time.  I suggest that you check that out.  Also, Safe National of America does not control the quality of YOUR telephone connection when you call our Customer Service Department. Safe National of America does in fact sell electronic equipment.  You state in your complaint that there is no legitimate information available about the company.  However l note that in one of the responses to your complaint that someone was able to secure quite a bit of 'legitimate' information about Safe National of America; our address, our CFO's name, Our President/CEO's name.  What other information would you like?  Oh yea, it also contained the correct telephone number for you call customer service that you claim not to have been able to find other than in another complaint. When you contacted Customer Service, using the correct number of course, you were told that your complaint would be investigated and that if founded, your would be given a refund.  What more would like done when you call in?  Each complaint is fully investigated to ensure that a refund is do. Perhaps if more energy were invested in protecting your private information, or paying closer attention to what you are doing on the internet whilst giving out all that personal information instead of attacking one of my employees on ripoffreports.com, you'd be a bit safer from your alleged fraudulant attacks.  Just something to think about. I would also encourage you to watch your banking statements closely and more frequently.  Clearly you feel that you have provided information about your account(s) to somone at some time who is now taking advantage of you.

Here is the deal......I think that you are one poor sap trying their hardest to pull up the image of this scamming company, and are so delusional that you probably believe your lie.  For starters you ARE in the business of taking peoples money without their permission!  Second-you state that you don't take money without the EXPRESS VERBAL AND WRITTEN PERMISSION---pull your head out of your butt and realize what you just said.  You tell people that you take our  IP addesses and that is how you were given permission.  As far as i know, and I could  be wrong, but an IP addess is NOT a LEGAL form of consent.  If an IP address were a legal form of consent, then why can't I go to my favorite website and they just take my IP address as my word and not make me jump through VERIFICATION hoops to complete my purchase??????  Is your head pulled far enough from where the sun does not shine to follow me?????  Also, if you have to have my VERBAL consent, why have I NEVER heard of you until this check appears on my account?????  I do not make it normal practice to go out handing my bank account info to perfect strangers----yet you manage to get your hands on it.  I will not argue the fact on how you got it, as we ALL know on here you will lie.....I am tired of the lies.  I work my butt off in a job that is dominated by men---so at the end of the day the last thing I need is the MENTAL EXHAUSTION that you put me though.  My LAWYER believes he has pinpointed who you are and where to find you, so please do not be shocked when you receive your fun paperwork I have headed your way.  I told you in my initial complaint that I was the wrong person to mess with.  I am TRUE to my word---I unlike you have no reason to LIE.........so we will for once and all find out how you exist, where you exist and how pathetic your life is......I CANT WAIT!!!!  I have half a mind to actually give you a hug once we go to court for putting me through so much hell, but allowing me to make a difference at the same time.  First stop is Safe National of America.......next stop who knows   =)

The email you gave for that guy is wonderful!!!!!  I chewed butt and gave em hell and he said my refund is on its way......still not holding my breath but its definetly a step in the right direction.  I also have met with an attorney who is working on how to pursue criminal charges, fraud and the whole 9 yard for these jerks!!!

I like you!! Not because you were scammed like I was, but because you are as fired up as I am about getting these bastards STOPPED. I got my money back that they took from me by emailing the president of this "company." His name is Nicholas Potter and his email address is info.bestsavingsource@gmail.com. That was well over a month for me, and I am STILL so angry that I like to email him and tell him he better watch his back!!! There are several reports on here for the legitimate complaint that they take unauthorized funds from checking accounts, claiming it's for an "application fee" but nothing was EVER applied for. You will also notice that these people are completely psycho and post a lot of BOGUS reports claiming that Safe National of America is an electronics store and they got bad service. Safe National of America has NO physical store. They have a website at bestsavingsource.com that appears as a means to order electronics, but it doesn't even work if someone actually tried to purchase something. So, the people who run this scam operation are trying hard to cover up what they are really doing. Give Nicholas Potter lots of hell, just like I have been doing. I hope that we can get these crooks STOPPED!!!
