UPS is ripping off US consumers on prepaid pickup labels.
Heres the scam
A company or individual at POINT B pays for a prepaid shipment from POINT A to POINT B
Charges for this service are applied to the businesses account at location POINT B
When the driver comes to pick up the prepaid package at POINT A they demand a fee to be paid
in cash or by check
Do not try and call customer service as it seems they are outsourcing American jobs overseas.
If I was shipping a package to India I may expect to get an indian rep. Im greatly offended not being
able to get one native english speaking representative in 3 phone calls.
Do not use UPS they are ripping American consumers off and putting American jobs in the hands of foreigners.
In my opinion this company is un American and hurting the US economy by giving our jobs to foreigners and
trying to rip off every US consumer thats too busy to stand up and fight them.
