first of all we thought we were sending money to the postal service,my credit card was used,for my grandson robert ,come to find out ,you need a high school ed.to apply which he does not have,so we just wanted our money back,and they said we have to prove it,

well he moved to las vegas for a job,so i am out $144.00,i don,t see why i should have to run around to try to get thi straightened out,its my money,at first they said $99.00,but they charged my credit card $144.00.i am retired i cannot aford to lose this money.
