Usa Credit They took money out of our checking account to start this and have taken out for the last three months. We did not open this account and have tried to stop it. So far it has been to no avail. I hope Internet

Get your refund, don't let them win...

I emailed USA Credit, (and USA Benefit later on...) and informed them I was reporting them and included a quite heartfelt letter which is in the report. Anyway, they responded within about 3 hours of that with this email:
Dear Heather,
Please accept this email as confirmation that your account has been canceled. Please contact our Payment Verification Department at 888-805-7611 to expedite your refund.

After a conference call with them and my bank, they stated I would receive my refund within 48 to 72 hours. And indeed I did. I want you to get a refund as well. For ALL the money taken from you. Are you even able to utilize the website. I was never able to get in, which it the point at which I started complaining. I didn't want the program to begin with, but when I had it I thought, well I might as well use it if I am going to pay for it, but damn! When I couldn't even login to the site with the information THEY gave me I started to investigate further, and I too couldn't get ahold of anyone to help me, so I emailed them, then I looked on the BBB and Ripoff and WOW! I felt pretty small. But you know what, I shouldn't, because I did nothing wrong. Except put my trust where it wasn't deserved. Live and learn. I hope you fight back, don't give up. I want to see this company go down, the right way, and I believe it has to start with all of us. Good Luck!!!
