This company has great customer service! I received an automatic confirmation number as soon as I placed the order. Then I received another e-mail indicating the product (LifeProof case for an iPhone 4) was delayed due to a backorder. The last e-mail I received from them was indicating the order was delivered via USPS.
And this is where the drama begins.
The package did not include a return address. Inside, the package did not include the headset adapter, per the description on their website. As a result, I sent an e-mail asking for the headset adapter. No response.
Three days later, I sent a follow-up email, requesting an RMA number (per the instructions on their website), so I can send the product back and get my money back. Per their website, they will reply to all e-mails within 48 business hours. It has now been 6 business DAYS and still no response.
I sent another e-mail today requesting this issue is resolved within 5 business days before I seek assistance with a consumer reporting agency.
Note: After comparing the product I was sent by Wholesale Factory, with an actual Lifeproof Product, I did notice inconsistencies with the two products. Mainly, the serial number on the Wholesale Factory was nonexistent. Additionally, you cannot utilize the phone unless you're using the headset as the caller on the other end cannot hear you. While it seems you're getting a better deal by getting a product via an internet site, save yourself the headache and just pay full price at a reputable store where you know you're getting the REAL Lifeproof product. This has definitely been a lesson learned.
