Wyndham Timeshare

AUTHOR: SophieM - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, May 28, 2014

Wyndham timeshare presentations are hardcore and very long-lasting, people are usually pressured and bullied into buying a timeshare. The company has been sued in federal court several times by many wyndham timeshare owners for committing wrongs in their vacation credits, such as breach of contract, violation of California’s Timeshare Act and breach of fiduciary duty, among others. Another common complaint is that maintenance and assessment fees increase very constantly; to the point lots of timeshare owners are no longer able to keep paying them. Many of them

Best Advice, Rescind if you can

Seriously, if you are still within the contract cancellation period, cancel it!

The paperwork that you signed...and you did sign it...has the specific timeframe allowable for you to canc the whole transaction.  I strongly, strongly urge you to immediately send a registered letter via the US Post office requesting to cancel or rescind your contract.  Follow your cancellation procedures to the letter...phone and email do not count.

Please do not waste any time.

Sadly though, I think you are outside the cancellation window given that you have already received multiple bills.  You "might" have a case for fraudulant sale if the numbers you descride are actually down on paper...not a mistake that Evil Wyndham usually makes.

Please consider searching "Timeshare Users Group" and reading up on some of the content there.  You are not the first person to face this situation.  There are stories there of even Wyndham thinking one of their Sales Weasles went too far and cancelling the contract...rare, but it has happened.

Good Luck to You!
