Search TipsWhat you should do is call this number.. 1-888-539-7474. During normal hours an American should answer. The trick is do NOT allow the call to be transferred but INSIST on a supervisor and that you have been transferred for a billing issue before and it was not resolved. Be firm, but not rude. I am sure they would rather resolve this then have you cancel, but if you wish to cancel this is the best way as well. I guess the outsourced workers are on some kind of commission or get reprimanded if customers cancel so they try not to allow it..and as well the language barrier makes it even more difficult and frustrating..as you stated, like talking to a brick wall.
