Choice Hotels Choice Hotels caused hours of effort trying to redeem points and gift card with no results Florida

For the past year I have been participating in a promotion with Choice Hotels Rewards Membership.  They advertize either a free night stay(points), or a gift card.  To date, I have received neither.  There is always a reason and incorrect information is consistently given out by the Represetatives on the phone.  The end result has been my loyalty to these chain of hotels with no reward.

I am not sure if the Choice Hotels are aware they are being represented with promises of rewards that are not delivered.  In the past year I have invested over 6 hours on the phone to no avail. Because of this, they have lost me as a loyal customer.  I will take my money and business to another Hotel.
