Early this year i received a letter in a green envelope postmarked with a zip code 17406. The return adress was Corporate Records Service 911 Central Ave. #260 Albany, N.Y. 12206-1392. The letter asked me to send them $125.00 for the following:
Instructions for completing the "annual minutes records form " etc. The deadline date was April 17, 2013. Luckily for me I missed the deadline. I asked my wife to call them to get an extension. When she didnt find a phone number on the letter she called 411 and was told there was no number or business listed at that address, she went online and found out that the business was a scam.
The business was labeled a scam in 2012. why are they still soliciting in 2013? Glad I didnt lose any money on it . Just letting you know. Why havent they been stopped?
