  in may of 2014,  I purchased from Ms. Castillo a horse advertised as "bomb Proof",very safe for children and older adults, trained 7 yr. old horse.  I had many conversations both via e-mail and phone with Ms. Castillo who  continued to attest to the horses safety for me to ride.  It was agreed I would pay less shipping charges as her shipper was an old friend and would give her a break.  When the shipper contracted me before arrival, I was told I owed her $400.00 dollars for delivery.  She knew nothing of the "deal".

The poor horse turned out to be very unsafe, with refusal to bridle, saddling problems (flying backwards and flipping over), unable to be tied securely, spooky, plow reining, lack of respect for persons, willing to kick and buck.  This was not the horse advertised, nor what was shown on the videos.

I was told if the horse did not work out she would be able to sell him from here, as he was so wonderful.  I let the horse settle in but nothing changed.  How could I let this horse be sold to someone else?  I could not be involved in a deception that could hurt someone.  I had already been hurt by him.  

Recently I tried to contact Ms. Castillo to apprise her of the situation.  The server could not make contact.  In searching for a current email, I have discovered quite a few people also unhappy with horses bought through Ms. Castillo.

I don't think it is wise to buy sight unseen from her.  Investigate and research.
