CSM Fema Fraud, Using FEMA as way to obtain bank info. Ripoff Tortola Virgin Islands

As in another file, I also received a call from James; badge # 1246, he preyed on me because I was a victim of Hurricane Katrina, how he knew this I don't have a clue. Well we went through the spill about the government grant (FROM FEMA) I was told due to my situation I did not have the $349.00 fee (which was mentioned). To make a long story short, when it was time to say goodbye Mr. James forgot to hang up the line and thats when I heard him say,"Poor lady, she just got hit by hurricane Katrina now she just got hit by Ralph (apparently his real name), and then went on to tell another person to record my bank routing # and account # and went on to say how he felt bad about what he was doing, yet to follow up with the statement" Oh well, at least i'm having steak for dinner" These people are total rip offs and should be punished. James(Ralph) was pretty stupid not to hang up the phone, which gave me time to call the bank and cancel my account. BE CAREFUL, there are cruel people out there who cares less about any situation you may have, just as long as they have steak for dinner. If you are a Hurricane victim, ask if you can somehow call them back to be for sure that its FEMA, otherwise you may end up a victim again. These people know exactly what to say, how to say it, and when to say it. They will make you believe they are ligit. Due to the huge mistake James(Ralph)made I came out the lucky one on this deal and due to me closing out my account not losing any money, I was the one having steak for dinner.
