Olan Mills AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Taylor Michigan

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE PICTURES FROM OLAN MILLS AGAIN!!! The lady who took my pictures was great!! After that my service went downhill!!! I spent over $100.00 in pictures and about $15.00 in gas. I had to come three times to pick my pictures up, each time something was missing. I first was called and said that my order was in. I went and I was missing my framed picture. I was told that it would ship to my house. I then was called again and was instructed to pick up my framed picture. I went to pick it up and it was only the picture matte to go into the frame. THERE WAS NO FRAME!! The girl told me that it was a separate purchase. Then she said after I was really upset that the frame would come to my house. I had to call back after no response to the situation to see if something as going to be done. The lady said that she would call her supervisor. The lady called back after an hour and said it would ship to our house. She said sorry for the inconvenience. Just a sorry, are you kidding after the $115.00 dollars spent and the grief. NO THANK YOU!! I will definetly tell everyone about my aweful experience and will not come back for any more pictures.
