I will never purchase furniture from Rooms to go. They have the sorriest customer service and then when you ask for a refund they send you the check for the tax you paid on the items pick up their damage furniture then maybe a week later they will send you a check. Like I told the manager at customer service yall do stuff a*s backwards and then the little cutomer service girl laughed when I called customer service. This was a nightmare dealing with them not to mention that I was delivered the wrong furniture and had to wait a week to get damage furniture. Just a nightmare. When I called the store I was always promised a call back and only one Manager Edgar called back. Don't spend your money there!
