US Fidelis Search Yahoo and get educated about them-Sad they sponsor Rusty Wallace racing Wentzville Missouri

I just can't believe that Rusty Wallace is sponsored by those yeahoo's at US Fidelis. After what I went through with them I did a search on Yahoo and I found all kinds of goodies about them.

I also did a search on the names of the fellow's that own the place. I saw there names on some other complaint websites. It gets juicy.

Darain Edward Atkinson has been in federal prison for fraud; http://www.bop.gov/ click on inmate locator to verify this.
He is the PRESIDENT of US FIDELIS!

US Fidelis has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
To be fair I thought, well maybe the BBB is one sided and if a company doesn't join the BBB they might dock the rating a grade so I looked up a big company: State Farm Insurance, because no one likes insurance companies!
They are not a member of the BBB and they have an A rating. That is good, because I have insurance with them! They are the biggest insurance company in the United States and they also do insurance in Canada. They have been in business for over 50 years. US Fidelis has many names they have used and they have only been in business about 6 years.

US Fidelis, who changed their name in late 2008 from Dealer Services/National Auto Warranty Services is still under investigation by the Missouri State Attorney General for fraud and calling customers on the Do Not Call List.

scroll down to find National Auto Warranty Services then you can cross reference to the Better Business Bureau to see that US Fidelis operated under this name. This lawsuit is still active and only two of the suits on this report from March 2008 are closed and they are for different companies.

Rusty, what the heck is going on here? Why would you let these crooks sponsor you? I'm afraid I have lost my faith in the Wallace gang and I am going to follow Dale, Jr. and Carl Edwards.
