Wozo is nothing but a scam artist. They advertise "free" poster to bait people. After the .99 cents shipping cost is charged to your account, it doesn't take 5-days to see a pending charge of $29.99 to the same account. By the way, that 4-day cancel policy runs or includes weekends & holidays when their customer service office is closed & you have no way of reaching them on time, just another ploy.  When you call the number on the pending transaction description, you get a customer service person who will then claim he/she is the supervisor so your complaint cannot be elevated to higher entities and he/she will refuse to refund your money but will cancel the so called "subscription", which by the way is indeed written in fine print. They do not send confirmation email on your order, so you have no way of knowing what they are up to. In other words, the less you know, the higher the chances of you forgetting to cancel in time, if you even get to find the fine print "terms". So, what's your recourse to get your money back?  You have the right to "dispute" the charges. There are several reasons you can give your bank, like "unauthorized transaction", "fraudulent charge", "service not rendered", etc.  Ask your bank or credit card companies as to which one is appropriate in your case.  It is also a good idea to file a complaint with the BBB and your state Attorney General who will act as the consumer advocate and prosecute the offenders whenever they can.  To protect yourself in any future orders, PLEASE use your search skills to check out any scam or ripoff reports on the company FIRST, before clicking on the "send or submit" button.
