This company is run by T-Mobile and this is supposed to be a paid for service by the Life Line ACP program. This is completely insane they charge $20 for Shipping a phone that has already been refurbished. The phones also shipp from Colombia usually. This used to be a reasonable company. They will offer a one time courtesy fee waived. This is complete rippoff that a government funded company will charge outrageous fees to shipp out a used phone. Times are tough for consumers with all the price gouging going on with inflation. They should make all phones free no matter how many replacements requested.
