centurylink cut my line & hooked the neighbor up to it Fort Myers FL

On 10.11.21 my internet connection with Century Link was severed while they installed my next-door neighbor’s service. I called Century Link and they told me it would be 8 days before bothering to repair their damage.

On 10.19.21 the technician arrived and confirmed that my line had been severed & wired into the neighbor’s residence. Century Link’s gross incompetence\negligence caused this and their 8 day waiting period is inexcusable.  

I will not pay them for repairing it, nor for the 8 days without service. If they did not have a monopoly in this area & had competition they would never get away with this crap and would be out of business in this area.
