COMMERCE PAYMENT SYSTEMS DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR TWO CREDIT CARD MACHINES I ONLY HAD ONE THE WONT REFUND MY $138.45 BACK HEWLETT, New York
Opened the CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT on JUNE 19TH acct number ending in 4429. Somehow COMMERCE PAYMENT SYSTEMS opened another acct ending in 5053. I only had one machine from the company. I spoke with BENNY CABAN, REUBEN GARCIA and VICTORIA(SALES DEPT)on numerous occasions about the problem. COMMERCE charged me for an extra machine(ACCT ENDING 5053). I want my money back for the extra machine I NEVER HAD. On 07-02-2010 $87.37 and ALSO on 08-03-2010 $51.08 was taken from my business account. I HAVE RETURNED THE ONE MACHINE BACK THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME AND WAS TOLD BY VICTORIA THAT MY REFUND would be ISSUED between 9-1-2010 AND 9-03-2010. I HAVE NOT recieved a dime I also emailed and the company igorned that as well.
