Looking for more victims of Commerce Payment Group. I am a new business who trusted this company. I have a lawyer and plan on persuing this law suit since I am aware I am not alone.
They took over $500 in fees, probably more, that they could not really explain why. One employee actually emailed me letting me know that they took half of my sales one week because they were trying to get my attenction because I was not using an account I was not even aware of.
 Another said my fee of 200+ was a Federal Fee. But my lawyer assured me that is not the case. I've cancelled my services with them, but I was so scared they can just go into my account and withdraw at any time, so I had to close my main account. It has been a real nightmare. I really want my money and when I've called all I get is that it is being looked into by "upper managment". It is being looked into by the Cancellation Department. Please be very careful with this company. Go with someone else. They are awful thiefs!
On another note I was NEVER mailed an actual statement. They said I could see it online, but NEVER could. They always had an excuse. They could see it and they weren't quiet sure why I could not. But what really scares me is that an actual employee can sit there and tell me that yeah close to $200 were taken out, " To get my attention."
Again, if you are interested in a class action lawsuit let us know. It is clear this company rips off people. I love the fact that I have emails documenting everything. I was shocked that these employees would share so much in writing. THANK YOU GUYS!
