Drivetime Drivetime Sold Us a Lemon We've only had the car for 5 months! Las Vegas Nevada

We bought a 2011 Buick Enclave on January 28th 2022 and when we went over the specifics of the vehicle and we were told that the car had 4 brand new tires (the first lie) it had passed inspections and it was brand new to the lot so they had just made sure everything was working! February 10th Not even after a month we had to replace the engine and they gave us an older rebuilt engine!

We got the car back March 3rd then shortly after the car started doing this shakey rattling feeling when driven! So once we got a flat on May 30thwe took it to get a tire replaced and firestone let us know that all four tires were unsafe to drive and needed to be replaced asap and the dealer shouldn't have sold us the car in that condition!

Now here are in July 12th 2022 and our car had engine failure and completely stopped a mile away from our home! it was leaking transmission fluid everywhere! The car is in back in the shop for the 3rd time before we even hit 6 months of having the car! The car had 83K Miles when we bought it maybe the first red flag but we needed a family car unfortunately!

This car screams lemon and we don't want this car anymore its dangerous and nothing but problems! According to Nevada lemon law this car meets the criteria and we need either a refund or a replacement ASAP!
