EHarmony Inc. Trying to charge for another year membership, that I do not want. Los Angeles California

I signed up with EHarmony for one year, only based on the sale price of $192.  They ask a multitude of questions so you would think they will match you with good matches. No, I only got a few matches, clear across the country or in other countries.  I was sorry I joined this over-rated match making service. 

Over a year later, no longer having the same credit card, they started harassing me for payment for another year, at $478!  I didn't even like them at $192.  They said I signed up for auto renew.  Well they could not renew without a credit card, and they had no business signing me up for another year.  Then I was locked out of the site (fine) while they kept harassing me by email for payment of nearly $500, giving me only the address of their bank to give them money. 

I told them repeatedly to stop harassing me and I did not want their lousy service and it's wasn't even worth the sale price.  They turned in my name to a collection agency, which is now pending.  My attorney has now wrote them a letter (to the collection agency) and chances are good they will stop bothering me.  BEWARE OF DATING/MATCHING SITES.  Especially EHarmony which is overrated and over priced.  Just because they ask you more questions at the beginning does not justify their prices. They are just as bad as the cheap ones.
