Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep is Deceptive and Profit  driven Only. I was looking for a specific used BMW.  I found one online at Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep in Sandy, UT.  I have been in contact with the Salesman Colby Campbell.  He was very informative and helpful.  He sent me addtional pictures (Since I reside 500 miles away) and entire rundown of the vehicle.  Based on the information that I was given, I decided to purchase the vehicle. 

I made my flight and lodging arrangements.  I was going to make the long drive home with my new vehicle.  I noticed that the panoramic sunroof Cover was not working properly and that a portion remains open.  I took it to the BMW dealership 6 miles from Larry H Miller and they were not able to do a quick fix or to properly evaluate the issue.  I returned to Larry H Miller and explained the issue and they said I have one of two options. 

Do not purchase vehicle or take it as is. They refused to fix anything. I understand that there is a big used car boom, but to treat customers so poorly is terrible.  That is why the car industry has such a bad reputation, and Larry H Miller is the top of the list.  I will probale never get any equitable closure but hope my comments steer good honest customers away from deceptive dealers like Larry H Miller.
