Ordered custom fabric window shades for 10 windows in various sizes and fabrics.

Was told by in home salesperson that valances would be covered in matching fabric.

Valances and shades arrived but the fabric on the valances was attached with cheap looking plastic clips.

The average price of these shades was $300 per window. I feel that the cheap looking valances shouild be replaced or my order refunded. Company will not refund. Have had numerous phone calls with company and salesperson. Also another home visit by salesperson. Company cannot seem to provide me with suitable fabric covered valances or enough matching fabric so I can make my own valances which I have said I would do.
