Internet, please read this if you have children at home and are considering hiring A All Animal Control and the dangerous owner of this business Brian Moss. I contracted a all animal control a few months back for some bat control. The service technician who originally arrived at our home in Spring, TX inspected and let us know the scope of work he needed to complete to get rid of our bats. This man identified himself as Brian Moss and explained to me that he was the owner of the company. Long story short I paid half down of the $2350 estimate to get started on the removal of the bats. A few days later Brian had contacted me via phone on what time he would be arriving to complete the work with his assistants. I explained that my Wife and I would be at work on that day, but my older teenage daughter and my adult son would be at the home to let them into the attic.

On that day when I arrived home late in the day I had found out through my son that he had asked Brian and his tech to leave or he would call the local sheriffs office. I was confused at first, but upon explanation from my daughter it was explained to me that Brian and his tech (mainly Brian) made harrasing and inappropriate comments to my under age daughter about her body while my son was outside. A report was filed that night with the Harris County Sheriffs office. Brian Moss and the technician denied to investigators ever making the comments and without more proof or additional witnesses could not proceed with criminal charges. It is clear to me that Brian and the technician had made these comments as there was zero reason my daughter (honor student) or my son(active enlisted military) would make this up. I disputed the deposit amount with my credit card and won the money back. Please if you are reading this do not hire A All Animal Control, AAAC Wildlife Removal or its owner Brian Moss.

Responding to this rip off report

AUTHOR: anon - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, September 30, 2018

The statement was made by a marketing agency, who then created these and other false allegations against A All Animal Control, AAAC Wildlife Removal & its principals Brian Moss and Josie Moss, on this website and other review websites. We have since asked the agency to remove all false & negative comments, reviews, and posts immediately in an attempt to rectify the situation.  Please accept our sincerest apologies for these incidents and the damage this has caused AAAC Wildlife Removal and personally to Josie Moss and Brian Moss.

UPDATE

AUTHOR: Donald - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, September 14, 2018

I would like to retract the statement I made on the Rip Off Report on July 9th, 2018. I claimed Brian Moss made inappropriate comments to a customer or their family members and this is untrue.

The statement was not made with any malicious intent to lie or defame the character of Brian Moss. The error was the unfortunate result of not minding my own business and only comprehending certain aspects of a situation with people I do not know. I completely retract the false information contained within this rip off report and apologize for the mistake. My sincerest apologies to anyone who was effected.

Response to False Allegations

Hi Donald,

When we saw your review, we were immediately concerned about your claims. A All Animal Control of North Houston typically has very positive reviews, which is noted in our 4.2 star average for the last 10 years. We take the satisfaction of our clients very seriously, which is why we are responding to the accusations made against us in your review.

Under normal circumstances, we would contact a negative reviewer personally to try to rectify the situation. However, we have no record of Don Hudson as a client. There are several other inconsistencies in your review. First, we never collect payment of any kind until a job is complete and our client is satisfied. That has been our policy since we first opened our doors 10 years ago. Additionally, all calls and scheduling of appointments are handled by two female employees in our office. Technicians do not contact clients to arrange their schedules. And finally, bat work rarely requires us to enter a home. It is done on the outside of the structure.

The accusations made against Brian Moss, our owner, are not only untrue, but are also impossible. Brian suffered a shoulder injury several months ago and has been recovering from surgery ever since. He is unable to lift a ladder, which is required to do bat work. In addition, a team of technicians would have been sent to the home to do this work, not our owner. A simple call to the Harris County Sheriff’s office will reveal that the police report referred to in this review does not exist, because this incident never took place.

A All Animal Control has recently undergone a rebranding and is now known as AAAC Wildlife Removal. We are proud of our company and invite all readers of this review to verify the facts before jumping to conclusions. These allegations are being made by a former disgruntled franchise owner.

I would ask that Mr. Hudson provide even minimal evidence of this alleged incident. If he paid a deposit, as claimed, we would request he provide a copy of the transaction, invoice, Bat service agreement, anything that can provide information on this service.

This same review was posted on Google and Google has removed the review as it violates their review policies to the extent is was labeled as a "hate" incident and removed.
