There was an ad for cable customers to switch to AT&T for cheaper rates. My cable bill was 140 a month. My bill for 3 weeks at AT&T - $397.69 which I'm not paying. Are they for real or what? I sent the modem back and have not yet gotten credit for that either. Needless to say, I'm back to Time Warner.

Bay Area Credit service They are calling and sending collection notices to me for a bill that was never in collection. My bill is paid and A T T has advised me not to send any payments to them. I don't have a bill with A T and T. When I call to question the reason I'm receiving these bills they say they can't pull up my information yet I continue to get calls and letters. Atlanta Georgia

A T & T Mobility - A T & T Wireless Phone - A T & T Office Of The President I purchased the 3G iphone on May 30 and was told that the new 3GS was coming out in June and was promised that I could upgrade as soon as it was available and they would notify me. I was never notified and now they say I am not eligible and I reported this to the Office of the President and was told that they did not have the authority to honor the promise that was made to me.
